Heard a few, think Beckham would be a great addition and apparently has bids from 14 Premier League clubs - wonder who the 6 are (Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, City and one other im guessing...)

Think he would be great for Spurs, especially with Hudddlestone out he could cover as a holding midfielder - even if his tackling isn't world class he could do a job, especially from the bench and hopefully he can train Lennon to cross a ball.

People saying it would only be for the money are idiots... like he needs anymore?! he could sit on his arse in LA and still get paid yet he would come and freeze his bollocks off just to play the game he loves

not only that but Beckham is a global brand so they will make more revenue from places Tottenham isn't known but Beckham is eg. Korea and he will be like a marquee signing - if players see VdV and Beckham at Spurs they're going to see it as a more exciting club

And many HSV supporters want Robert Huth for Hamburg, NOW! But no chance there...

Also Everton launched a bid for Elia, no success.

But Hamburg is about to sign Jeffrey Bruma from Chelsea, possibly on loan with a call option.

As for Bruma to HSV, not a lot to say about him really, hes 19, represented Holland at that level, only played a handful of games for Chelsea so far and hasnt looked brilliant, then again he is only 19, he passes the ball well out of defence though

Would be good deal though, on loan until summer at least, as I heard he can play the centre-back aswell as the right-back position, and that would be perfect for Hamburg atm.
